Recently, Rebuilding Together Howard County introduced a new tool to assess client satisfaction with our critical no-cost repairs. In collaboration with the National Headquarters of Rebuilding Together in Washington, D.C., we developed a 12-question survey and distributed it to clients who received free home repairs. Rebuilding Together Howard County is proud to have achieved an impressive 68% response rate.

The survey results were even more exciting:
1. 100% of respondents said they would recommend Rebuilding Together to their neighbors and community.
2. 100% stated the repairs would help them remain in their homes longer.
3. 100% felt safer in their homes after the repairs.
4. 100% were satisfied with the communication from their house captain or team leader.

Gathering feedback is vital as we continuously improve our services. This survey marks an important first step toward enhancing our processes and better serving our community.
