Never have so many volunteers come out on Rebuilding Day! Over 500 folks donned their Rebuilding Together t-shirts and repaired the homes of 22 low-income homeowners in need on April 27, 2024. The types of repairs included carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and landscaping. New floors were installed as well as appliances replaced. As a result, the homes were transformed by the volunteers into safter and healthier places to live.
Our volunteer teams come from churches, corporations, regional builders, local synagogues, Rotary Clubs, Ski Clubs and even Leadership Howard County. Special thanks to these generous organizations and strong volunteers for giving back to the community and helping their neighbors in need.
