Following Thanksgiving, both Black Friday and Cyber Monday turn shoppers’ attention toward buying, but November 27 marks Giving Tuesday, which kicks off the season of charitable giving.
Make a change and help us with ours! Rebuilding Together Howard County is seeking a volunteer Financial Accountant / CPA. We need an additional resource to develop the monthly reports and also to handle the financial forms for our grant applications and reports.
This Thanksgiving, we want to shine a light on the people who volunteer there time to give back to their community through Rebuilding Together Howard County. This would not be possible without the team of dedicated volunteer home inspectors who visit homes, determine what repairs are necessary and conduct a technical inspection that is submitted back to RTHC.

Over 200 members of the Oakland Mills Middle School (OMMS) staff, students and family participated at some point in improving the home and life Mrs. Wilson, a Howard County resident. Mrs. Wilson came to Rebuilding Together Howard County with an urgent repair request. This small request blossomed into multi-day repair projects and a touching story of our community helping others in need.
